Hello guys Ontario has issued NOIs under HCP stream who had valid job offer..Do you think this will impact the coming draws..If yes then is it going to be a positive or negative effect?

I Even if there is a program specific draw this means the crs won't drop below 440 right?

Last time when the crs dropped to 440 they skipped the draw..With August having 5 weds there are pretty high chances that they might skip the draw again.What do you think guys

Last time when the crs was 440 ircc skipped the draw..hopefully that doesn't happen again ..However there are 5 wednesdays this August..Which might have an positive or negative impact..

My CRS is 438...I am thinking of taking student loan coz my profession is a regulated one..Even if I get ITA I won't get a job soon

I am thinking of doing MS from Canada..And update my profile after 8months which increase my crs and then probably my crs would increase and this can lead to confirmation of PR status hence making me domestic applicant .What do you suggest guys??

Whatever our prediction be ircc never fails to surprise us.We can only hope for 435-438 if 440 barrier breaks..Otherwise the chances are slim irrespective of draw size and frequency.The draw pattern for the year 2018 says it all.
