Now I'm also started getting worried, all docs (MR,PCC,RPRF) were received by NDVO on 18th Nov'14. But till date no clue on PPR. I also sent multiple queries to NDVO but no response. Queries are unanswered for more than 45 days.

You are all set. Payment choice rest with you, I didn't care about the medical status and made the payment immediately.

Renew the passport ASAP and update your VO.
