Let's take an example, I'm the principal applicant with 2 dependents (spouse + kid) but they will join after 2-3 months. So in this case how much should I be taking (fund of 3 applicants). And what if I got a job before they come to Canada.

I don't agree to this managersonline, applications are getting processed on an average 8 months. If during this time you have consumed 50% of the fund then does that mean only 50% of the applicants can go.

It already reached them 2 months back. But wondering why are they asking now. It seems just now they have opened my file and I believe if documents are coming in tranches they are not bundled by application. Otherwise I wouldn't have encountered this issue. What do you say?

I have sent them the details, it has reached the consulate as per the postal department. Now a bit worried how much further delay will it cause.

Today got a call from NDVO, stating they didn't receive my overseas PCC which was supposed to come directly to them and requested me to send the details. As the PCC reaches directly to them I could only provide the reference no. & the mail tracking number. God knows what will happen next. :'(...

You are correct to an extent, but all my documents have reached on 18th Nov'14. Still no news on PPR/DM.
