    You will receive PPR1 after your demand draft has been cashed. It may take up to one month for your demand draft to be cashed. However, in many cases it has taken three weeks for PPR to be received following the receipt of the demand draft at LVO. I hope this helps.

    My consultant is in Pakistan, so maybe he got the email on May 21 and will forward it on May 26. That is his SOP. The way I see LVO weekly cycle, they send out updates on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and update ECAS on Friday mornings.

    I have already reserved my seats. Fares will continue to go up during the summer. Better reserve now and then pay a little penalty for cancellation if required, than to pay very high fares later.

    You can raise CSEs, no worries. You can send them passport copies from your email address. You should be fine. From now on, handle this yourself. How long has it been since you sent them passport copies? They take a few days to get back to you. In the meantime, they will never acknowledge...
