medyo confusing ata.. kasi kung issued ang passport dito sa Pinas, nakalagay sa passport na "ISSUING AUTHORITY" ay DFA Manila o kung saan mang DFA office ka nag-renew within Pinas. sa case na ito, Country of issue = Philippines pero kung sa labas ng Pilipinas ka nag-renew ng passport...
