I am going to re-apply for FSW this year because my FSWP 2013 application was refused because the cap has been filled up already. My returned docs has the UCI number filled with a number. Can I use this number to fill up my application form for FSW 2014? Or should I keep the UCI # field blank?

Does stock market investment works as proof of funds for FSW application?

As I was reading the proof of funds requirement, it was indicated that stocks can be used for this purpose. So here's my question, what value from the statement of account of my stocks account will be used for the 'proof of funds'? is it the Net Portfolio Value?

Na-refuse ang application ko last year sa NOC 2147 dahil cap reached na. 2nd week ng September 2013 ako nakapagpasa ng application. Natanggap ko naman lahat ng docs na pinasa ko kasama ang refusal letter ng CIO ngayong 2nd week ng April 2014. Ano po ba ang mga kelangan i-update na documents...
