Don't worry i think Physician might have ordered you for ECG rit? Even i have Hypertension when i gave my medicals, i cleared my medicals on July 14th so don't worry medicals are just to see if you have any kind of transmitting diseases.It won't effect your Study visa No re-medicals nothing...

You might have cleared 75% rest 25% would be for Medicals and Biometrics If they find hat you are medically dangerous to Canadian citizens they will reject in the same way biometrics if they find any criminal case in central data base they will reject

it's better to have all marks sheets in your hand we don't know what kind of rules comes into picture in coming days, doesn't matter SDS or Non-Sds just have all documents ready. I strongly recommend you to submit your marks sheet from web form and shoot an email to them that you submitted...
