Hi, With all due respect, i disagree to this. This date is not linked with application. If you observe closely, it remains same at the bottom of the page, even before you enter your file details.

If the SA is approved from Alberta, then you don't need the CSQ. CSQ is only for sponsors living in Quebec, when applying. But i still believe that you should take advise from someone, who is like immigration lawyer or something. Just to be on safer side.
