I got letter though so far not on ecas. i checked on cic there are 5 citizenship ceremonies scheduled from 12 jan to 16 jan. seems they are speeding up oath ceremonies...

an update ....finally got test invite (Jan 27)

it took 6-7 months to get my file transferred to saskatoon. so one year one month after sitting file in saskatoon, i got test.

CIC agent told me the date and time of test and also mentioned test invite letter is sent out 2 days ago though i can see anything on ecas.

my test date is Jan 27. finally......

i called second time today and the agent told me virtually similar thing. they are in process of sheduling the exam. i should be writing by end of this month. i know few people who already got citizenship. it for them 2 years. even if i get test invite this month doesn't mean the Sasktoon...

the agent asked me to call if i dont get letter by next week. i asked him can he confirm whether test invite has been issue, he couldnt confirm it just said highly likely. it's already one year 7 months (No RQ is issued).

i called CIC and was told by CIC agent that highly likely i should be writing the exam at the end of this month though no update online and no mail. i am not sure there is any test in jan, saskatoon office.

I havent heard anything from CIC after getting AOR i.e. in Sep 2013 (i filed my application in May 2013). Saskatoon office is very slow. Hope this ll give you some perspective.

no news from my end. not sure when to expect test invite.

i have been waiting for test around 19 months. No R.Q. one my friend applied in march 2013, he hasn't got test invite as well. i think it's gonna take 22-24 months to get test invite.

i will say still your timeline is faster considering you got RQ (that could have increased your timeline significantly). My application was received in late may of 2013 and so far, no news on test (no RQ was issued). I checked my ATIP and everything was normal.

Sorry for my typo. my friend who applied in march 2013 hasn't got test invite. on a positive note: i know someone who applied in july 2013 has already written the test in sept.

Nothing in my end as well. one of my friend applied in march 2013 is waiting for test invite though i know got test invite in little over year.
