look carefully about their requirements for admission, I think you missed something, and I have friends with very strong profile academics and GRE/GMAT applying to more or less 10 universities and getting admission from one university , so you have to take your all chances, else your one year...

do you have required qualifications for the above courses ? like GRE etc ?
