You are liable to get your RPRF fees back as that was not ordered abut you will not get our application fees back. If you have applied again then you can use the RPRF receipt at the time of RPRF request. Just call them, when you get rprf request, that you have paid both fees but now you wanna...

They may have not return your fees but your fee receipt. What did they say on letter? Because if they refuse the application, they will return your fee receipt (only if you have paid online with CC) but not the fees. So if you are planning to reapply you can use the same receipt. But if you are...

Relax... :) Still Feb and march applicants are in process and they have started receiving their MRs. Also it depends on your NOC code. Some of the applicants from April have also received their MR. So, if you are lucky with NOC code then you may receive yours soon.
