Hi for any of the copies of the original documents you don't need to notaries. For the Canadian ID you should provide any Canadian ID with your photograph and date of birth on it. But if you have worked in Ontario you should have health card (OHIP).

Hi, I would suggest to go for Purolator as Fedex charges almost double then Purolator and takes the same time. My application reached on the next day. I would not suggest the Canada express post. It is good but for this kind of important documents... Naaa.... :-X
