resfusal always depend on their mood. manu geniue cases has been refused by embassy... so just pray to god that everything goes good

if u had been refused in spp . then u can't apply again in spp. now u had to apply under general cateogry. if u wwant apply in that start working on ur file. they need lots of documents. my friend apllied under general cateogry file was of 143 pages :o
