1. As per the rules the pre payment of fees is not at all mandatory but yes its "strongly recommended".

2. The prepayment of fees can strengthen your file but its not a guarantee to get visa for sure !

3. I know atleast 3 of my close friends who get Canadian study visa without prepayment, but all of them were MBA applicant with very strong credentials

Though many pple believe that it increases the visa chances.The only payment i would recommend pple to pay is the enrolment deposit.

If you dont get the visa,they wont refund the whole a mount.A certain % shall be charged out of the transaction.

This should go all students,pls pay only student enrolment deposit.

As per checklist , the prepayment of first term fee is "strongly recommended", but absolutely "not mandatory"

so there is no harm even if you pay it. It will only strengthen your file but once again I repeat, its not mandatory.
