I dont know why Canada Government is not taking decision to increase wages. As they are already loosing business which is badly affecting Canada Economy. Size of photo ..they must send you document with specifications. Rest to my knowledge is 80% should be your face. I do know the specifications. But most of the photographers know for Canada Embassy what should be the size.
