Click on the Profile tab then left hand side clieck on Forum Profile Information and you can fill the details over there... at the bottom click on Change Profile and it will save your details.

Congratulations, it is your medical request. I have this in the same format. I have the attachment too... Its a Medical Form to be filled by physician. This form you have to take to hospital when you go for medicals and the physician will ask for this form. So if you DO NOT HAVE ATTACHMENT...

If you have sent the PCC earlier (and it is not more than 1 year old) then you do not need to send it. But if you have not send it earlier then you will get an email notifying that you should submit it. Generally, it is in the same email in which you got PRPF request. Send the PRPF receipt...

Is it separately mentioned that you need to send new IMM Form ? just want to know since Medical Form is IMM1017 and it needs to be taken while you go for Medical check up.

do not worry.. you are good.. I got MR but no SLU... it may that after my Meds done they will update with SLU and TLU... You may get MR request this week anytime..

Hey Seniors, One more query here.. The email which I received for the PRPF fees it mentions the below line " PLEASE RETURN THIS FORM WITH THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTS. " - what does this means ? There is no form attached in the email so anybody can tell what do they want to say here ?
