What I think is after DM, Passports go to NDVO for stamping.. and so in NDVO, passports of NDVO, CVO and WVO are all their so it may take time... not sure there are other VOs or not but I know 2 of these... May be I am wrong but just a thought...

here no guess works actually... but today when I went for my passport submission I found students more... and believe they might be busy in August or September intakes... so every VOs may be busy... might be they are giving local candidates more preferences since their colleges will start...

The VFS website says that Passport Collection time is 2 PM TO 4 PM IST. Do they follow this schedule strictly or I can go early morning and can submit the passport during the morning time ?

Just Checked ECAS and its Decision Made. I am very happy to see that... I will be sending my docs this week and looking at the trends.. believe I will have everything closed by August Midweek. Thanks Guys for your support...

In your case DM made on 22nd June... so you got your passport back after being stamped or you still waiting for it ? If it is not received then how much time still you will have to wait ?

Got my TLU today Very much happy... Hey Opti.. can you let me know the difference of PPR and DM... What I need to understand is why there is difference in days for PPR and DM ? when they send the request for PPR and if its positive then they will stamp it - correct me if I misunderstood here...
