Thank you very much for your comment but can you please explain why not? The CIC website says: "Changes to your personal situation If your situation (or that of your spouse or partner) changes, you should re-calculate your score before applying online for permanent residence. If your...

If spouse don't come along with u

I chose the option for not accompanying spouse when creating EE profile to get more points. However, given the drop in points, now that I have got the ITA I would still be above the minimum with my wife included in the application. Can I submit my eAPR with my wife included?

    upfront medical trouble

Does it ever change? My understanding was that it always remains the same. It has indeed been the same on all my work and study permits. I inserted it in my EE profile and application too as I was asked for it. The clinic said they use it to locate me in the e-medical system.

    upfront medical trouble

No, this one is the closest to me (still over 2 hours of driving), the others are at least two times further. I think we should now be able to get the appointment after specifying ourselves as workers. For me they should be able to do e-medical since I have a UCI and for my wife they said they...

    upfront medical trouble

I did but they still did refuse. Below is part of what they sent me. So I had to say our application was 'worker non-EDE' as DEEPCUR advised to convince them. As of February 25th, 2013, all applications for Canadian Immigrations needs to be processed electronically through E-MEDICAL. Which...

    upfront medical trouble

Thank you very much. I called and told them as you advised. They said they would have to give me the paper for my wife to submit myself and I said it was fine. It's crazy that CIC refers you to these people and they do not know how to do their job.

I have got a reference letter from them stating my position, hours worked per week, and earnings for each period separately (although everything except earnings were the same). Since my position was the...

    Quebec application and EE

I am calling Quebec tomorrow to withdraw my application but before creating my EE profile I read in more than one place that it is OK to have an EE profile and a CSQ application at the same time. But as you said I can't apply for both simultaneously.

    Quebec application and EE

I applied for Quebec certificate through Mon Projet Quebec last June but now I have been invited to apply for EE so: 1) Do I need to withdraw my Quebec application before submitting my eAPR? 2) What should I answer to this question for EE: Has ****** applied for Permanent Residence (PR) before...

If you want to get points for it, yes ECA is required for non-Canadian degrees.

Is ECA required when your highest degree is from Canada?

If your highest degree earned is from a Canadian university, do you still need ECA for your lower level degrees from other countries? I think the answer to my question is NO as I have created my EE profile and indicated I do not have ECA for my foreign degrees and still got 50 points under CRS...

Graduate Research Assistantship (GRA) reference letter

I have a reference letter from my university in Canada indicating all the required information for a reference letter except number of hours per week I worked (it does say I was full time though), my responsibilities and duties, and that it is signed by a financial processing specialist. Would...
