Why do you think it will be shorter? These are mandatory documents which everyone provide.

I think you should raise a ticket and report technical difficulty! experts please provide your inputs here

I have tried all chrome, firefox, explorer, logging into different system but still doesn't help :(

System is temporarily down I am trying since 19th Nov, giving me same error since then. As soon as I reach to pay option I get an error. I am thinking it might be because of new updates enforced on Nov 19
