So, this is how I see it - there maybe dedicated officers for each stream FSW Inland, FSW Outland, CEC, PNP Inland, PNP Outland. There might not be as many FSW outland applicants as compared to PNP (just assumption, or FSW outland officers are much faster :P ). Whereas, PNP might have pilled-up...

Trust me I'll be more than happy if its even processed within 2 months period, the pace they are going through with inland applications I don't see it coming soon. (I've kept my expectation as low as I can to not go through any disappointments. )

Oh! I don't think its same for all Nov applicants. I'm sitting patient, calm and positive since 42 days and even medical isn't passed yet. :(

I don't know, how it works but BLS forms have multiple fields to input your address, duration (From-To)

When you fill out the bls application form, you are suppose to mention the addresses you lived in India and the duration (As they collect clerance check from all local police station, you mentioned). I don't know if they will go back and refer these addresses while your BG check, if they do so...
