Guys how long do they usually take to acknowledge the receipt of additional docs???

I got request for additional docs for adding my husband. I received request for these forms. 'an IMM8 Application form, a Schedule 1 Background Declaration form, and a Family Information form' completed and signed by spouse. Are these 3 forms or jst a single form? Please guide

Honestly speaking i do not remember exact dates. I was nominated by ontario in around dec 2016. Got ITA and then applied on jan 22. Medical passed around April end and straight away PPR. Background check did not change i guess. As far as i know it was not needed all the time until now.
