Hey one of my friend june 28th applicant,is received PER yesterday in India, i.e Sunday.... So I think CIC is working on Sundays also.....

Surf other thread at home-skill worker category.... Like medical monsoon started at NDVO... Applicant are getting update on Saturday and Sunday also. But those all are 2010/2011 applicants... Even pre 2008 thread is also having update this days from NDVO .... So it seems that NDVO is working...

Ya it is possible that CIC is updating HOT NOCs, as in last months 1112 and 2174 was running and now it 0211 and 2147... But again its assumption but likely that is the case.....
