NDVO is among those 15 VOs where PAFSO officers stop visa processing since June... So as a backup plan they have diverted some other/adhoc staff for Visa processing, as their primary focus was student visa in last quarter due to fall intake and CIC has granted 10/15% more student visa than YOY...

HAhaha... dear its not like that... there were many 2010/2011 aplicants, who has already landed in canada... So I dont think that much delay in 2013... Actually this ambiguity is due to PAFSO strike, once it resolve we can expect some fast movement in processing.
