I agree. I am just trying to plan a bit ahead to save time. This process turned to be so tiresome.

Since PCC are valid for one year only, do they ask to re-submit them after one year of issuance even when a Decision was made? I have one that was issued last mid of October, another one in November. Should I worry of getting them now?

Guys, in the CEC subforum there is a topic: 'why did CIC slow down recently share your opinion'. The user Gurindar posted a comment from the past he found, that supports Qi's comment above. Could please some one cross-copy that post here, as I can not do it since I am writing from the phone...

rajsaigal, they said that they didn't hear of any federal quota for provincial nominees, except for the quota nominations that each province can issue in a year. AINP said they doubt that such exists and it doesn't make much sense. Agents from both CIC and AINP don't know about the delay and...

Why not to update processing times to actual processing times rather than to hold on PPRs until published processing times are reached???

CEC applicants also didn't receive anything from the end of July. According to the logic about targets being met, this should be applied to them as well. CEC cap is shown on the CIC website, and their cap is not reached. Smth is causing a delay, and I don't think it is a CIC quota.

There is a quota on provincial levels, AINP and CIC (CIC call center agents) don't know nothing and never heard about quota on a federal level, and AINP doubt that such exists.

    Traffic violation

This is wrong. Why then can you have a learner driver license, if you can not legally drive????? With a learner driver license you can drive, if there is a full GDL 5 driver (not-probationary, but advanced) sitting next to you. The insurance covers, if the owner of the car gave you...
