hi suzan im also a 20 Oct applicant for NOC 2132. did your CC/DD already get charged/cashed??? no news for me .... according to me NOC 2132 early Oct applicants were getting charged last week.

IM sorry to hear abt the returned application ... but im curious about ur NOC code: 6311, it does not show under the 50 categories. what am i missing here?

They will charge ur card normally .. but as CIC is not a merchant site they don't require an E Pin/ Password/ Security code. All they need is the Credit Card Number, Expiry date and CVV ( used as security) hope that answers your query.

yea i was calculating on basis of timeline of the application returned. If a 9th Oct was returned and the applicant was in USA it would easily take 2 weeks(Europe and Eastern countries may take 30 days or more) for the app. to reach back. That means the CAP was reached more than 2 weeks ago...
