    If you got ITA with CRS cut off 469 and your score drops from 470 to 467 then it would be best to decline the ITA. But if you got ITA with CRS cut off 463 then you can go ahead any apply. long story short, your CRS score shall stay north of the CUT OFF score for that draw till your application...

    Probably because most members have foreign degrees and need to get ECA done for their education. In your case, a majority of the forum members can't comment on how CIC would treat a letter of completion cuz ECA is not required for any Canadian study. They may want to see a degree certificate...

    Your documents, whether you can prove the claims made in Express Entry profile. Follow the check-list and submit documents accordingly, and you shall be fine.

    You should always provide the correct details. You might get a PT from OOPNP but you have no obligation what so ever to accept it and send a complete application package to Ontario. Wait for your 600 points from job offer supported by LMIA, that shall get you a direct ITA.

    Your profile is not active unless you finish the Job Bank Registration. There wont be any ITAs or PNPs coming your way without registering a Job Bank Profile.
