Dear all ,urgent advice My file sent back from CIC to me on 30th October according to their email to me,but unfortunately till now no reach, I want reapply again but the only document which I need from the old file is the original ECA report.i asked the them (PEBC)to reissue another original...

Do you mean that I can reapply again with a new application with only copy of ECA and inform them about this issue? And it will be accepted ??
