Dear all ,I rewrite this post again as unfortunately last time no one replied,I hope this time you kindly could My inquiry is ( if my file received on 30 th December ,and the address attached in the file To return back is in canada,so what is the expected date for my file to return back(in case...

I called CIC in that time ,,they were working half day of 24th and were on holiday from 25 to 28 and then rework on 29 to 31 December This according to the agent feedback .

I think it returned because of cap reached and not even pass in the completeness check step.so it returned after 1 or 2 dates from its delivery to CIO.THAT IS WHY IT RETURNED FAST. IF I MY VISION IS WRONG,PLEASURE TO BE CORRECTED. REGARDS
