Did any of you guys have to do interviews? We got our notes and it says interviews recommended. Nothing has changed in any other status. I guess my husband and I will spend our first anniversary apart....

Why do you not think so? You had nothing moving and now you have prearrival services in just a month they went basically through all the steps.

Honestly, I doubt it our government, Canada, is organized to cross reference skills and employability in the Provinces with PPR sponsorship

So maybe ordering notes at least brings your file to the top of the pile?! I haven’t come on the forum for awhile yet I see Paris office is still moving like a turtle in a tar pit :/

My husband sent copies of his Tunisian identity cards untranslated. It was accepted. Perhaps because it is mostly just country and dates they are concerned with...

Im curious, did the PR applicant have an interview and/or asked for any more relationship evidence. If so, at what stage. We want to request notes but only after giving the VO some time to process. But we also know the notes take some time to get. Thank you in advance

You haven’t received any word since Nov? Other than to pay PR fees? What about AOR2 or background check in progress?

That’s great. When did you apply? We paid our fees upfront. This whole process is so hard, waiting while your future rests in the hands of complete strangers.

Contact the clinic to see if they uploaded them to CIC

It really depends on if your VO wants medical before it is sent or if they request medical when VO receives it. Check to see if there is a thread for your particular VO then you will have a rough idea.

For us once we uploaded A0R it was about 10 days

Order the notes and you will know exactly where they are at. Search the forum to find out how to order notes, it’s been answered several times

Well PA’s medical was done and uploaded and passed hope that means it will be transferred to Paris soon

Maybe follow up with the clinic expressing your concern about upcoming deadline.

I did the same thing. I run my own corporation. So sent letter of explanation and tax assessment.
