Urgent!

My medical reports along with my children's have been submitted by the panel physician on 12th of March, 2018. The due date provided by CIC was 20th of March.
Now when I log into MyCIC account and check status and messages, it says that they haven't received our reports yet. How's that possible?
Please someone, suggest on what I should do now.

Hi,
Thank you for suggesting. I have sent an email to the panel physician as his phone is switched off being today and tomorrow the weekend here.
I had been relaxing thinking that the reports were submitted on time. Now I'm worried. I have the copies of tracking sheets with me which were emailed to me by the panel physician on the 12th itself.
I'm very worried. If somehow they have failed to send the reports, it might affect my application and cause delay

I rechecked the tracking sheets of each report. The bottom of each sheet shows "Generated: 12 March 2018 06:11pm".
I believe they have been submitted if it says generated. Isn't it?
It's confusing me so much.

Are you worried about the due date ? As long as the date the medical was done is on the forms then you have met the obligation of getting it done by the due date.
