Yes I have already printed the email, but the doctor says that they will send my medical results via DHL to India office and they will only provide me a small printed page which has my picture on it, shall I send this to CHC-I islamabad after I receive it?

dear reply over that response from Ottawa and ask them if you can send them additional proof of your continued relationship, ask them if they want you to send the proof via email or regular mail, that is what i did and they replied that either email or mail, lets try and see what they tell u

Can you tell me about the first letter you got from MISSISSAUGA office? did it stated that your file was transferred to Ottawa or you later found out that it is in Ottawa and not in Islamabad, if it mentioned that your file was transferred to Islamabad, how did you know that now it is in OTTAWA...
