well from what I have heard, time between remed and ppr varies, for some it is the next day post mail for ppr and for some even after remed for many months they have not recieved PPR, so CHC-I still proving to be unpredictable :(

mujgani my suggestion is that first ask your friend to book a flight to canada, and as soon as she reaches there, she can then ask MP to email CHC or she can do it by herself, for now no taking risk of contacting CHC before departure if she has her visa in her hand :)

keep checking your email's JUNK or SPAM folder for the remed because remed is sent from the email address i mentioned above and it may sometimes directly land in your email's JUNK or SPAM folder due to filters, pray for everyone to get a reply from CHC soon
