I think cic means u cant submit additonal docs coz ur case is in processing. what cic means by closed maybe mean that they dont ask additional docs and The time for adding more docs is closed. So they are at part of final decission soon.

Have u tried to call vsf and asked them to help? Maybe they know some cases like urs. If y could reapply, i think better use vfs paper based.

My course only starts in sep. I have mailed the uni. They said i could transfer next year if my visa wasnt approved.
