After paying the application fee of $109, you get a form. Download it. Staple ur passport size photo. Sign the declaration. Courier it to given address on form along with a photocopy of passport and copy of offer letter. Same I did. I used DHL service. Got my documents delivered in 4-5 days...

I applied in Concordia university and Carleton. Both didn't ask me about backlogs. Concordia accepted me but Carleton rejected my application. Due to same department of univ of Ottawa and Carleton univ, getting addmission is competitive.

My application was finalised on April 10 and I got offer letter on 4 th June.. Approx 2 months.. I do not know what they look for admission. So I can not say anything. But I am sure 3 years of work experience is a great advantage. Maybe it can outweigh some other applications for same program...
