I don't remember IvanP if it was you who suggested to scan and send it by email to VO office...and that's what I did just in case, so hopefully for all that are required to have the CSQ approval, THAT won't happen....;)

Ohhh and I forgot to tell you that you can ask for your CAIPS notes, the most common reason applicant's request their CAIPS file is when they have been selected for an interview. The CAIPS file will normally have information as to why the applicant is being interviewed.

Hi !! YES YES you need to send sponsorship & PR and everything on that checklist. BTW when stage 1 will be approved, you will need to send CSQ application. I read on one thread that when CSQ sends you the approval, just in case scan it and send it to your VO!!! Good luck!
