I just verified in the tracker, PandFeb2013 application was received on Feb 11 and AOR on Mar 21. :P

Hi PandFeb2013, Could you please confirm if you had sent the application on Jan 11 or Feb 11 and received your AOR on Feb 21 or Mar 21. I'm unable to understand how you received your AOR in 10 days. As per the current trend its 40 days, so wanted to reconfirm.

From the tracker, I see that my2013 received his AOR on March 21 and his status on ecas in 'In Process'? Unbelievable. Some one please comment.

Quick Question - Do we receive AOR by email or by canada post?

I just saw in the March 2013 Tracker that some one's whose application was received on March 04 has been returned today. Can we assume that all the remaining February 2013 applicants are going to receive their AOR's for sure?

Can he search for another job and change his employer? Initially he is on Intra Company Transfer and doesn't have a LMO.

Seniors, In continuation I have a question, Can mishki apply for an Open Work Permit (not BOWP). Even one of my friend is in the same situation with an exception that his WP is valid for another 1 year and cannot apply for BOWP.

I know its the CRA, EoD, CRA, CIC is all Canadian Govt. ;D

Though it is not required, I guess its a good idea to inform CIC, my justification - increase in your salary means that you would be paying more taxes ;)

This option sounds interesting, but as per my knowledge, and as per Indian Passport Act, sending passport out side of country via post/courier is considered as crime. On the visa it would be mentioned that the visa is stamped at X Office (Outside India), and when you are flying immigration...

Wonderful question, I'm also looking out for an answer for this question since long time.

I applied with a written explanation that my employer refused to issue a reference letter along with other available documentation. Waiting for AOR, I will update you if I succeed.
