There must be some other thing on your profile that made you eligible for CEC ONLY but answering NO to that question will not make you ineligible for FSW..Many people have put No and they are still eligible for CEC and FSW both..

Wanted to check with past ITA receivers that is there a difference between documents requested after ITA for FSW vs CEC. I believe some members are qualified for both FSW and CEC and system by default give ITA for FSW category so was curious to know if there is any difference in the document...

No where it mentions that bank statement have to be notarized. You can send them across as long it has your identifying information on the statement. A bank letter mentioning your account information with sufficient balances in last 6 months will also work if you dont want to send statements.

One of the bank official told that you can infact stop payment so not sure whether it can be done or not.

Since you didnt get ackowledgment email yet Check with your bank if the draft has not been encashed you can ask them to stop payment of that draft then there could be chance to get a refund, other than that i doubt you will get refund.

Had the same issue of blank city so took the print out and filled with black pen. Its there on the form but while printing it doesnt show seems some issue on the form.
