People have sent the application along with Letter of explanation about the FBI timelines. Upload with it all proof that you that you had send the fingerprints to FBI along with what date you have sent. They may accept it and may give you additional time to submit the PCC.

If you got PT thats the first step, now if you have proper documentation to prove the points then you would get nomination. Having low score has nothing to do with nomination. Everyone above 400+ score they have same chances. It all depends on the paperwork you provide. All the best..

They would just do height and weight check..no blood work..no X ray..doc may check eyes, ears and basic checks using stethoscope..

Hopefully ur file will be reopened and ur application is back on track as there are many with same medical category who got their application approved..keep us posted though..
