Rome VO received ARC application on October 7, 2013. Basically it took 53 days to approved it..!! :)

Hi NGOIN. My only advise is for you to stay calm and be patient. If your medical "expire" you might have to redo it or the Immigration officer might ask for an extension on your medical, but you have to wait for Rome VO to request for it. Regards, William
