I think you're really lucky farnaz because usually the GCMS notes are dated soon after you apply for them (I have read one week or 10 days later after ordering), but then are not received for 30 days. So it's great that your notes were generated later :)

As far as I'm aware there is no "quota" on spousal PR applications for Canada. I believe this is more the case of the economic class (federal skilled worker, etc.) We only represent a small number of cases for the files processed in Ankara. It's safe to assume there are on average over 100...
