Thanks for the detailed information sinestra. Surprisingly, they are of no use while they still rely on external courier services @ inflated charges. Ability for someone else to collect passports doesn't weighs in much.

Not mandatory raghav but having a cover letter stating a subject "Submission of requested documents against Appl. No. xxxxxx", a brief description "I submitted my app on xxxx date for FSWP 2013", S.No. wise mention of all the attachments in the package and finally your name and complete address...

Guys undergone or due-to-undergo medicals get another copy of Medical receipts from hospital. I'm sure you will need another set of originals for Mediclaim to save annual tax!! I've got mine already.
