Sorry to hear that you still didn't get your App linked into MyCIC. Try all different kinds of Marital statuses because that did the trick for me but not sure about others. Try like Divorced, Single, etc., and give it a shot! No harm in trying though :)

Yes, you will be asked to submit Schd A and PCC via email or they will send a message in MyCIC online account to upload them. I would wait for them to request you to submit these docs. I hope this helps!
