Try to change up the flight, they wont be allowed to enter US without visa and they will most likely need to recheck in their luggage again in US. Its a really bad time for people not legally allowed to enter US right now... US immigration has been giving a hard time to people..

Go online and chat with a rep! My husbands passport said it was still processing but when i spoke to them via chat, they said it was ready for pick up. around 6-8 hours or so is when he got the text saying it was ready for pick up

Going to book either tomorrow or tuesday online. its always cheaper mondays and tuesday to book online!
