ya the only thing which happened is 1st page printed as 2nd and it went till last page because 1st page print out empty ( page numbering is wrong but form printed out without leaving any page's) and there is one page full of barcode so i have to put it in front and then there is other page with...

ya when i print those form it gave me 1-6 page and 1st page was black and my form started from 2nd page to till 6th page and i got barcode pages at the end.

We are applying from Quebec too . Did you fill sponsorship evaluation form IMM 5481 it says on it(Not required to fill if sponsor live in quebec) and other forms which are not required to be filled by quebec resident's?

But In form there is only two box elementary and other is secondary so should i right till 8th in elementary and above 8th in secondary or high school.
