i have a question, can we apply directly to the employer in canada? (im from outside canada) just to be sure,.., or is it when we create our ee profile and register in job that we can only apply? thank you! P.S. i think some employers are not registered in job bank am i right?..

thank you! i hope everything will go smoothly.. social workers are in demand since only few people are taking that course/profession.. in due time, hope the soonest, they will open for provincial nominee or if not, employers thru job bank will give us an ita..

how was your application going on? im a social worker too

i asked them and they said since i attended the information seminar i can just submit an eoi, after a month, if i didnt receive an ita, then dont expect anymore.. but the good thing is, the information seminar is valid for two years, so my eoi will be active or in the waiting list or whatever...

I will be filing mine maybe within this week.. lets see what happens after a couple of months, im keeping my fingers crossed. I hope we will be given the chance/ita. (lets be positive about this) as you have said, social work jobs have low number of opportunities as i have seen as well in job...
