Markon i have the same timeline and even the VO is same (CKL) and also got the reply from CKL similar to yours as the file is still under background checks and they will contact when they got results. Cant do any thing other than wait and pray to ALLAH.

I dont know the actual reason but VO's are working at turtle pace these days. After the Revival of New FSW program i think that they might start working fast because now the situation is clear and i early 2013 they have to announce new cap. InshaAllah

I second your opinion. I also paid for my children new session and the cost is same as you have mentioned.
