After sending my PPR-1 document on 22nd September, I got Desicion Made on my ECAS. Does it seems strange, as, Decision Made comes after PPR-2.? Comment please.

Price of tickets are high from 30th Dec 12 till 20th Jan 13. It is wise to book a seat in 27th June flight. Yes PIA is cheap and direct. rest is the preferences of the traveller.
