I got an email from New Delhi saying that it will expedite the process of our application if we paid the landing fee ( $490). Do people normally pay that fee during this stage of their application?? Please anyone who knows anything about this, if you could give me some feedback Thanks,

hello, Just wanted to ask my application has been sent to new delhi as well but do you know if new delhi will contact us about AOR so we know that they've received it or not?? Also, under permanent resident is says medicals have been received.

Thanks, yes today I got an email saying I am approved as a sponsor and that they've sent the rest of my application to Nd. I was checking the website and I did notice that processing time for ND has move from 13 months to 15 :/

Hi there, When my husband got his police certificate the guy at the police station in Kabul told him that they are sending it to Afghan Embassy here in Ottawa which is where I picked it up and put it in with my complete application. So that is what I did. Hope this helps you.
