Skilled Worker Category from Afghanistan

Hi everyone,

I have an uncle in Kabul who is an engineer. He would like to come to Canada how can I bring him here? Hire a lawyer to help with bringing him here to Canada from Kabul, Afghanistan under the skilled worker category ?

Your uncle can apply without a lawyer if he wants. Before he applies, he will have to determine if he qualifies to apply and through which immigration program. He can find these details here:
