Just a Suggestion ,If possible apply again.Don't waste your time.People who applied later than you have got PR and you are still waiting.If your NOC is still then apply who knows you might get through in 1 .5 to 2 years.Waiting since 2004 ,it is a long long time.

Dollar trees are available in US also ,come and get theme before there are no dollars left on them.Surest way to get dollars without putting any effort.

Something u said is common sense,Which everybody doesn't have.Most of the people would like to save money even if we they have ample.I would like to save even though I have ample money.
